Is your company licensed and insured?
In Texas, a contractor’s license isn’t required for fence installation, so you won’t find any company with a ‘fence license.’ What does matter is insurance — and we’ve got you covered. FenceMaxx carries all the required policies (and then some), including a $1 million liability policy. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance anytime you’d like.
How long will the installation take?
Most residential fences are finished in one to five days, depending on the size and scope of your project.
What happens if weather delays my installation?
If the weather gets in the way, we usually just push your job to the very next workable day to avoid bigger scheduling issues. Our rule of thumb is simple: if we can work, we work. If we can’t, we don’t.
What warranty do you offer?
We stand by our work with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. All non-wood materials we install are guaranteed to be defect-free for one year. Manufacturer warranties apply to non-wood products, but wood fencing naturally changes over time (warping, shrinking, etc.) and isn’t covered against those characteristics.
