What is a "proper footing"?

A "proper footing" will vary depending on the product being installed and conditions which we are installing. We always make sure to go above and beyond the recommended footing for every product and condition to ensure the longevity of your new fence and/or gate.

Why "three backer rails"?

We use Three Backer Rails on all of our wood fences. A third rail adds support and we wouldn't recommend installing without one.
